BAJRA NA ROTLA 


Nutritional Value : It is amazing food for all those who are on diet

Dish Seasons : Specially in winter and even throughout the year

Ingredients : Bajra flour 500 gm Salt 1 table spoon Desi Ghee 100 gm Black papper powder 1 pinch Asafotedia a pinch Water (as per need)

Method : 1.out of 500 gm flour 4 Rotla (medium size will be made) Add salt and black papper powder to whole flour and make 4 equal parts of it 2) make circular peda of the flour by adding on water as per need 3) take peda of knitted dough of flour on palm and slowly tap it in circular shape 4) sprinkle flour if flour sticks on palm 5) heat Tavdi (tava made from mitti) on gas stove for 2 minutes to heat before you put rotla on it 6) let rotla get heated on medium flame for 1 minute the then turn it on another side When it takes baloon shape.. its done.. takeoff gas and spread lots of deshi ghee Rotla is ready .

Any Medicinal/ Therapeutic properties : It works very nicely for people on diet And at the same time It brings wonderful result for immunity once eaten with jaggery
